Studio East Quarterly Class Policies
Quarterly Class Withdrawal and Refund Policy
A full refund, less a $25 nonrefundable deposit, will be issued prior to the 1st class. After the 1st class, a prorated refund will be issued if the class still maintains its minimum enrollment. If the class falls below minimum enrollment, there is no refund, although the remaining balance, less the deposit, may be applied to another class. No refund will be issued after the 2nd class.
Emergency Form
Students cannot participate without returning a fully completed and signed emergency form to the Studio on or before the first day of class. Parents please note that it is imperative that you inform us of any physical, emotional or behavioral challenges your child may have. This information will make our class instruction more effective and your child's experience more rewarding. We would be happy to email an attachment of the emergency form to you, which will enable you to keep it filled out on your computer and ready to print. Email your request to shannonrubin@studio-east.org to receive an attachment of the emergency form.
